RENTAL POLICY [AKKLLC Rev. 3/1/2018]

Order/Charges:

Aloha Kona Kids (AKKLLC) requires a one week minimum rental charge per order. If you require rental items for 5 days you will be assessed the weekly rate. Additional day charges apply after the 7th day and before the 14th day. Special long term rates may apply, contact Aloha Kona Kids Rentals for more details.

There is a delivery charge for rental items that are delivered by AKK. Delivery rates may increase depending on location and quantity/size of rental items. Hawaii Island has a 4.167% sales tax that is applied to all orders.

Delivery Locations:

AKKLLC Baby Rentals delivers to the Kona/Kohala Coast. Please inquire as far as your specific location. We deliver to condos/hotels/private residence and the Kona International Airport (for carseats). When requesting your rental please include specific delivery instructions (contact information for the location/property manager/gate codes/arrival and departure times/set up instructions and if you want bumpers with your crib) to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of products. Most products are available for pick up at AKKLLC's physical location the storage office of Great American Self Storage (with prior arrangements).

Other Important Information:

AKKLLC will charge 50% of the total rental charge for those rentals cancelled within 48 hours. Rentals cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will be assessed the full charge of the rental. Pictures of rental items may not be the exact item that you will receive and depends on availability. Special requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Products and prices may vary and AKKLLC has the right to adjust/change prices at any time. By receiving rental items you are agreeing that all items are in excellent condition and agree that all items will be returned in the same condition. As a renter you are also agreeing that if items are damaged/soiled/broken there may be additional charges/fee assessed to you as the renter. As a renter/any party associated with the products delivered, you are also agreeing that AKKLLC or the staff/business/entity is not liable and responsible for any harm/injury caused by the use of the products. All products are to be used as directed. However, if there are any questions on the use of the products please request information/brochures of those items from AKKLLC. Renters are to inspect all items at the time of pick up/delivery and by accepting the items, you are agreeing that they are in satisfactory condition/safe/undamaged. While rental items are in your possession you are liable for those items. By confirming your rental and accepting the items you are agreeing to all of the above terms. Aloha Kona Kids Rentals (AKKLLC) has the right to refuse service to any persons or location at its sole discretion.
